HR Business Partner – Poland & Baltics
Location: Warszawa

Your role:
As our HR Business Partner (Poland and Baltics), you will be responsible for implementing our company's HR strategy and providing HR solutions in accordance with global guidelines and local needs across business units and sectors i.e. healthcare, life science and performance materials. You will support our business leaders to drive the business forward through effective partnerships, as well as providing advice on key employee lifecycle topics. Duties of the role also include the implementation of business strategy and HR strategy, with the optimal use of corporate HR solutions, know-how and available resources; advising managers on all HR processes such as recruitment, promotion, development, remuneration and rewarding, talent and efficiency management, discipline and other to ensure compliance with global and local guidelines and labour law; participation and management of Projects; supporting change processes and proactive employee relationship management; conducting information and educational meetings regarding available HR solutions.

Who you are:

- You will be a Higher educated expert (preferred subjects: human resources management)
- You will have a minimum 5 years of professional experience in international environment, preferred in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry and 3 years of professional experience in a HR department, as a Business Partner or a Team Manager
- You must be competent in your knowledge of human resource management processes, tools and solutions, including performance and rewards management, talent & development
- You must have a good understanding of the local labour market and experience in using available HR technologies
- You will have a practical knowledge of labour law and HR administration
- You will be highly effective in your communication skills and have a good knowledge of written and verbal English
- You will have strong project management and collaboration skills in interdisciplinary teams, with the ability to conduct effective presentations and educational meetings
- You will possess competent conceptual and analytical skills
- Knowledge of MS Office is also essential for this role.
